Education, Empowerment, Excellence: The Purple and Gold Path.
The Purple and Gold Scholarship Foundation (P&GSF) is committed to a two-fold mission focused on empowerment and community upliftment in the Richmond area.
Scholarship and Empowerment
We provide promising students from the city of Richmond and its surrounding counties with the financial resources and essential support necessary to pursue and successfully complete a quality higher education, investing in their potential regardless of their background or economic circumstances.
Community Investment
We strategically fund and partner with local initiatives that directly benefit the Richmond community, focusing on key areas such as youth mentoring, STEM education, combating food insecurity, and promoting civic engagement.
We envision a future where the promise of every talented student is fully actualized through access to transformative post-secondary education (college or trade school). By driving both individual achievement and community excellence, we aim to cultivate an ecosystem defined by equitable opportunity, sustained prosperity, and dynamic civic engagement for all who call RVA home.
